Romkorf, the Citadel of the dwarfs is well near to being completed, and much of the land seems to be moving towards normalcy... However the Dark Lord, Rhistart has been busy. He is not wounded, as many suppose for he has made a raid through the Vail, so that his evil hand of revenge can strike at the heart of Dustin's loved ones.
