Jane Seymour reprises her role as Dr Michaela Quinn in this feature-length spin-off of the long-running television drama series. Returning to Boston with Sully (Joe Lando) and her family to attend Colleen (Jessica Bowman)'s graduation from Harvard Medical School, Dr Mike has a new set of challenges to face. Despite her top grades, Colleen is facing the same prejudice from the Boston medical community as her mother did before her. Meanwhile, as her condition deteriorates, Michaela's ailing mother continues to fight for the future of her family.
