So he comes to Dr. Oblivion with a deal: Help him make a secret identity, and he'll help Dr. Oblivion out of all trouble with the law. But one of Mr. Virtuous' teammates doesn't like this plan and has a secret weapon that will end Dr. Oblivion... a secret from Dr. Oblivion's own past!
