In writing this book, a purpose is to tell my story to be an encouragement for women. This is for women that feel stuck in life, women that are struggling, and women that need a breakthrough in their relationships, careers, and other facets of life. Perhaps you have asked these questions as I have. What do you do when you are believing God for the right things, but they do not work out? How do I maintain when I do not receive the support I should from family members nor friends? Where do I turn when jealousies, lies and deceit take over people that you have loved, given to, and poured into? What do you do when God says no? How do you continue to walk in humility when you are in a subservient position to someone who has hurt or disrespected you? What do you do when you do not understand God or what He is doing? Will you be willing to go through with God, or will you think "this ain't working for me" and jump off the path? There is something to be said when you do not understand God, people or the world around you, yet you put one foot in front of the other and you keep going while bleeding, feeling like you are dying. What about the outcomes of loving and giving, yet it looks like you are losing in life? As Christians, there are many things we may never completely understand on this earth. However, God alone is worth the journey.! Whatever area in your life you have experienced some brokenness, disappointments or hardships while trying to do the right thing, this autobiographical approach of devotion is for you. There are 31 days of short and detailed, long accounts and stories of testimonies. Hang on! There may be a surprise or two because I DO NOT LOOK LIKE what I've been through!
