Agricultural instruction in the province of Manitoba is carried on chie?y through the Agricultural College Extension Service. Mainly for the purpose of enabling this division to extend and properly carry on the enlarged sphere of work devolving upon it through the working out of the Act, a number of additions have been made to the college teaching staff, while the staff of the Department of Agriculture has also been strengthened, particularly in the division of dairying.
