"Diving for Jesus" is a Christian children's picture book (written by A.J. Chilson and illustrated by Earl Haughton) about a young boy who competes in diving competitions for the glory and honor of Lord Jesus. While diving can be a dangerous sport, the young boy in this book practices to make his dives seem perfect. Yet in the end, the boy doesn't praise himself for doing good; rather, that bit of respect goes to The One who is Most Deserving to be First Place in the boy's life.
