Publisher's Synopsis
Meathead wants to dominate the underworld in Baltimore. Nothing is beneath him in his quest to run the city. Every decision will take a toll and there will be consequences. Raymond is in recovery from the injuries that almost took his life. He's had to bury four family members in the last year. He wants to get revenge on the killers who took his family from him. The State's Attorney is relying on Raymond to put his criminal life in the past and testify against his son's accused killers in court. Trina is dealing with the death of her only son. She is looking for answers and has started to question everything and everyone in her life. The relationship that she has with Raymond has been strained, making her look at him differently.
