Self love is the most important, and to never lose sight on that love, but finding it is what's hard for us all. I created this book to give guidance on the parts that a lot can't seem to overcome, but that are essential to grow. It promotes happiness, peace, and the painful uncomfortable process of growth. Your soul never stops searching, you always grow, but in order to know where you're at currently, and having the power to love yourself while setting boundaries and accepting only what you deserve, and what helps you grow, is all this is about.
