Publisher's Synopsis

There's a difference between a church and a congregation. Anybody can be in a congregation, but everyone is not in the church. The church is a body of people who are saved, baptized and filled with the Holy Spirit. I encourage you to read the book of Acts for this is the beginning of the Church (Acts 2:38.) Peter told those present to repent and be baptized "Every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins." He told them they would receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. You may have a huge following, have pockets filled with money and fine cars. You may have armor-bearers, multiple churches, and your congregation may hang on every word you say as you travel from one church to the other. But you have allowed people to call you something that God hasn't: Bishop, Apostle, Doctor, Pastor, Evangelist, or First Lady. You appear to be successful, but this doesn't mean God called you to these titles. There are many churches that are successful according to world standards, but this is not so according to God's standard. These successes do not mean that they are right. I say you can be successful in doing the wrong things!
