Dictionary of Definitions of EU Regulated Products

This dictionary provides legal definitions of any product regulated in the EU. The author has systematically compiled the definitions of products as published in the Official Journal of the European Communities (OJEC) since its 1952 inception, including the most recent version of each definition. The dictionary also covers definitions of frequently-occurring related aspects, such as testing, control, marketing and transport.;The dictionary follows a systematic structure: names of products (or related aspects); descriptive key words; definitions; and coded references to definition source documents (legal instruments).;The CD-ROM format makes access even simpler, permitting instantaneous searches with just a few clicks of a keyboard.;Yearly updates of this work should keep users current on future legislative developments and will integrate definitions issued by the Court of First Instance and the Court of Justice of the European Communities.
