Ray Cook is one of Australia's most influential and significant photo-media artists. His practice spans twenty years, and is characterised by his innovative experimentation with photographic tableaux and hand-toned prints. This publication is the first monograph of Ray Cook's work, presenting his practice from early explorations to his later serial works. It contains texts by Alasdair Foster, David Broker, Timothy Morrell and the artist himself, with a foreword by QCP's director Maurice Ortega.
