Publisher's Synopsis

Daisy's Unique Diamond Designs was known far and wide as the perfect place to buy that special gift. Daisy loved her shop and customers knew she cared about her work and customers due to the amount of time she took with each piece. She was successful and talented believing she had risen above her past, until disaster struck her back into the gutter and left her homeless. When a homeless person is killed outside the tent Daisy is living in, she meets a former customer, Officer Gavin Scott. Once Gavin realizes the beautiful shop owner he had fantasized about years ago stood dirty and homeless before him, he tries to help. Daisy managed to take a small bag of her diamonds with her when her shop closed and had been using them only when necessary. Officer Scott suggests she use them to start over and re-open her store. With renewed hope and a plan Daisy takes his advice and offer of a place to stay. What looks like the light at the end of the tunnel turns dangerous when people learn she is reopening her shop. Secrets are revealed and Daisy becomes scared to reopen her shop. She is scared the next person she encounters that becomes close to her may end up dead with one of her diamonds burned in them.
