Devil's Pie is a horror fiction novel, strongly based on true events. A 23 year old young man from the inner city of Detroit meets an eccentric Jamaican family, and the head of the family is a man of dark force with no name, who eventually introduces the young man to black magic, and utilizes the young man to perform a ritual, in which "He" gains power and riches as a result. The young man witnesses and participates in unspeakable horrors, monstrosities, and oddities; one of which, He (the dark force) accidently exposes an unusual pet that he had been harboring. The young man begins to question his own reality as he experiences many paranormal encounters on the horrifying roller coaster ride of brutality, murder, sex, and mayhem.
