Faith never leaves us. Faith doesn't neglect us. Faith never blindsides us with things we cannot handle. What we gain from this phenomenon is the ability to endure things that can destroy our lives. How we are able to make it through any of it is a wonder in the first place. How a mother of three children is able to go back to school, work a full time job, and get food on the table each night is a miracle of faith. How a man is able to pick his life up after he has ruined his marriage is a miracle of faith and forgiveness.
