An ill-fated suicide intervention has Rook Collins on the run and a trail of collateral damage all across the city of Los Angeles. Agents Delphi and Ferrous continue their search for clues to the disappearance of Eugene Boyd and the mysterious green powder found at Abelwode, and head toward the remote area of Baja California, where the former agent's skeleton was discovered. Lieutenant Jake Foster and his special operations team were providing additional muscle to help the Tijuana authorities, in Mexico, but that would change the night he received the frantic call from Dr. Cetero, the chief of Forensics at the Tijuana morgue. The man said he had answers and to meet him in person.
