Deep Breaths is a poetry compilation about dealing with and healing from life's emotional journey. By sharing her own experiences, the author tackles emotions such as anxiety, grief, happiness, anger, and contentment in an effort to inspire hope in others dealing with similar situations. The goal is to share with the reader, through written verse and photos, that while life may put you through struggles, there is always a way through if we only remember to breathe.
