Jalisa Smith was a faithful servant of God who wanted nothing but the best for her only daughter Jamonica. Jalisa made sure to keep her in church as close to God as she possibly could. That is until one tragic event caused her to stop believing everything she thought she knew about Him. All those years of praising and worshipping someone who would destroy her life gone down the drain. Jalisa was done and made sure that it was clear to Jamonica not to go anywhere near the church. Not wanting to disappoint her mother but holding on to the faith she had, Jamonica knew in order to continue on the path of righteousness she had to continue to walk with the Lord no matter how many times her mother told her not to. The further away from God Jalisa got the closer she became to the drugs that continued to have her strung out and Jamonica at a loss and forced to take care of herself. But how? When her mother starts to fall further away and the company she begins to keep mean her no good what will happen to Jamonica. Will she become a victim to her mother's lovers or will God lead her to a better promising life. Is Jalisa strong enough to turn back to her salvation or is she so far gone that things turn deadly?
