Publisher's Synopsis
Tony is led to his first case, Dead As A Mackerel, by his friend from New York. It finds Tony in the middle of a feud between Italian and Greek fishing boat captains over the murder of the Greek's first mate. The prime suspect is the Italian's son who has disappeared. As Tony works the case, the Greek's beautiful daughter, and several Greek fishermen also become suspects. The search for the actual suspect and two more murders all come into play before the case is solved.
