I am founder of "Re Shape Inner Space" Coaching especially designed for like minded women who wants to embrace the psychological pain to discover joy, freedom, success and enlightenment.I was in a dark place before I discovered meditation, mindfulness and gratitude. I was depressed, overweight and tried to satisfy my unhappiness through buying material things. It wasn't until I was at my lowest point when I discovered meditation, mindfulness self awareness and gratitude.I decided to practice meditation, mindfulness and gratitude which changed the whole story of my life. I discovered there are opportunities for me to reshape my inner space with these tools and techniques, so I began to practice everyday. My daily practice includes, meditation, mindfulness, visualisation, affirmations, daily goals and gratitude every morning and in my free time and love how it releases me from my mental, emotional, physical and spiritual pain. I discovered these techniques, which allowed me to take control of my mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Although every coach is still on their own journey, I want to share my experience with others who are struggling and stuck in the same negative environment.
