Publisher's Synopsis
Kit Fox a Blackfoot woman, longs to ride the horse that her tribe has recently captured on the northern prairie. Kit's grandmother, an old holy woman of the tribe, encourages her to hold true to her own vision of riding the horse, which ends in a dramatic dawn ride to save her people.
