Kevin and the rest of the academy students from the Hero are touring the prison orbiting Regulus Rex when they're locked in a cell. Then, strange things begin to happen aboard the Hero when Admiral Yu starts acting unlike himself. Meanwhile on the planet Rexette, Jenna has to help Bianca make sense of her new powers while Lilly suspects that Mikayla's new friend may put her in danger. Each of the Dearman kids uncovers a piece of the mystery surrounding the slave trade that Chuff Jumbley was running-pieces that have something to do with the powerful opal tiara last worn by the imposter goblin queen Mab.
