Hier erlaube ich mir nur noch einige Bemer kungen über den zweiten Band zu machen. Der selbe ist nämlich nicht, wie man glauben mochte, bestimmt, eine Geschichte der alten Regentschaft zu geben. Er soll nur kurz, und ohne vieles Rä sonnement, darstellen, was in der kurzen Zeit.
