Publisher's Synopsis
This book is a small collection of important shlokas that align well with the rituals of our daily life e.g. waking up, taking bath, eating, etc. The purpose of this book is three-fold:
- Learn and teach shlokas to kids and help them be more aware of Indian wisdom and traditional heritage.
- Develop and practice mindfulness through the simple practice of chanting shlokas with daily life rituals.
- Bring out the devotee in you to develop an equanimous state of mind necessary to be happy and peaceful.
