Every page has the following SECTIONS:
- DATE: Space is allotted to write the day's date.
- TODAY'S SCHEDULE: Here you can write down today's time and schedule of activities and appointments.
- TO-DO LIST: In this checklist you can write and list down things you need to do today, then check each item that you finish.
- PRIORITIES: In this box you can list the most important or urgent things to do or accomplish for the day.
- DUE: In this box with checklist you can list the bills or projects due for the day.
- MEALS: Plan and write down the food you need to prepare for the day's meals. You are more likely to eat healthy if you plan your meals in advance.
- IMPORTANT NOTES: This is a lined space where you can write down other things on your mind so you won't forget, or write down things you need to do tomorrow that you weren't able to do or finish today.
