Scarlett has only known Scout for a short time, but with nothing to do except wait out the snowstorm, she doesn't mind his company. However, the day takes an interesting turn when Scarlett finds the key that unlocks her cellar door, and the two find themselves emerging into a different realm where kings and queens still reign, magic is a part of everyday life, and people can shift in and out of dragon form at will.
