You could believe that you lack the time or resources to launch a significant permaculture project. However, permaculture doesn't have to be intimidating. You can move at a speed that works for you and start as slowly or as quickly as you'd like. Don't feel as though you need to learn everything at once and race to clear an entire wilderness in a single year. Deal with things in small bits, and you'll be OK. All it takes is a little time, patience, and experience to become an expert gardener, even if all you've done is take care of a few tomato plants on your window ledge. And keep in mind that we have all erred at some point. That is how we develop and get better at gardening.
