I created this calendar for my clients, to help them remember that there is always something to look forward to. The idea is to create goals, use the calendar, step away from behaviors that won't bring you to your best life, and step into habits that will set you up to create a beautiful day. When you come to the end of the day, check in with yourself? Did I accomplish what I wanted to? What else do I need to do to complete a particular to do item. If there is more than one thing that needs to be done, use the bottom of each page, to break it down into smaller chunks and then add it to the calendar for the next day, or another day where it is easily doable.
