Honestly expressed individual impressions and frank per sonal judgment, 'may lay themselves open to con troversy and contradiction - for there never were and never will be two points of view exactly similar, the slightest change in the focus altering the likeness - but they must be exonerated from the charge of sycophantic ?attery or ill-natured prejudice.
