Dorothy Martin and her husband, retired Chief Constable Alan Nesbitt, have just visited Buckingham Palace, where their good friend ex-Chief Inspector Jonathan Quinn was awarded the George Cross, when they stumble across the body of a young girl hidden in a section of St James's Park that is normally closed to the public.
