Publisher's Synopsis
A pamphlet containing portions of the book has been in use at princeton for three years. According to the experience this gained, it should be possible for the better students to cover the text of the plane geometry, with the exception of chapters III, VII, VIII, in a first-year course of the three hours a week through half a year, and the remainder of the book in a second-year course of the same length.
