Each topic begins with a page full of images and the Italian words for the topic. Progression throughout each of the topics has been carefully planned as the activities practise only a few of the new words at any one time, and introduce the simple sentence structures gradually. At the back of the book is an Italian - English word list, an Italian word game and the answer section.
