Publisher's Synopsis
Reinforcing the international diversity of researchers who are concerned with aspects of human performance, this special issue contains articles submitted by five new editorial members based in Australia, Canada, Germany, Singapore, and the United States. The increasing globalization of work organizations demands that a knowledge base is developed that is global in nature. Research questions about how constructs of interest and their relations are affected by regional and cultural factors must be carefully developed and tested. Human Performance continues to be a leading forum for such research and theory.
