Confluence is the second monograph dedicated to the artist Roland Fuhrmann. His wide-ranging oeuvre oscillates at the interface between art and architecture, as well as between science and contemporary history, and cannot be grasped with the traditional categories of artistic genres. Fuhrmann s anamorphic installations and kinetic objects question familiar ways of seeing, create situations of unstable perception, and topples spaces.
