I have had, and still have, an ongoing affair with McD's that has outlasted several significant relationships and shows no signs of abating anytime soon. I dine out on a regular basis and that is unlikely to change, at least in the foreseeable future. In the past I could get away with eating whatever I wanted because I worked hard and I played even harder! But then the injuries began to take their toll. I couldn't work or play as hard as I had but I continued to eat as before. And that led to a runaway! And now it's time for me to regain control of my life. Join me on my 90 day journey.
