Whenever the two Houses agree that revision is necessary, and also agree upon particular points that should be revised, the National Assembly, composed of the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies, sitting as one body, convenes at Ver sailles, and acts upon the amendments proposed, the vote of an absolute majority being decisive.
