Publisher's Synopsis
Comics on Parade was one of the very first comic books to reach the newsstands, debuting in 1938. Published by United Features Syndicate, Comics on Parade featured a different comic strip character each issue, reprinting 64 pages worth of color Sundays and dailies. Among the features were Tarzan, by Hal Foster and Burne Hogarth; The Captain and the Kids; Little Mary Mixup; Dynamite Dunn; Tailspin Tommy; Nancy and Fritzi Ritz; and Li'l Abner; all from the United Features stable. The comic reprints from Escamilla Comics are reproduced from actual classic comics, and sometimes reflect the imperfection of books that are decades old. These books are constantly updated with the best version available.
