No, tidying up is not a hobby of mine. I like to be organized and structured. I see that, for example, in the more than 100 filled moving boxes in my house. The more I progress with my therapy, the more I organize in my life. The mental disorder of 2007, changes into order. This is reflected in various aspects. The more order in my head, the better I can think. The more order in my head, the easier I make decisions. The discoveries about the possible causes of my negative childhood give me a lot of clarity. Clarity gives me a good feeling. As HSS, I will continue to try and experience. I don't like doubting for a long time. I also make wrong decisions. Also wrong decisions provide clarity. That is not always pleasant, but I learn from it. I look at the balance in my life. Faced with the mental disorder in 2007, I now notice more and more order. As HSP, I now notice faster the interaction between my therapy and my life. The more order in my head, the more order in my life. The more order in my life, the more clarity there is. I will automatically spend more time cleaning up. Because tidying up provides clarity. The more clarity there is, the more comfortable I feel. Cleaning up does not have to become a hobby, but I will keep cleaning up automatically. I will automatically feel better.
