The Circle of Excellence is a Neuro-Linguistic Programming technique designed to allow people to act with more confidence and perform to the best of their ability. Circles can be created for one or more purposes because it is not a one size fits all technique. It is one of the few NLP techniques that does not require interaction with a certified NLP practitioner; it can be performed by the individual as long as he or she knows what to do in creating a circle of excellence.
