The story of a life that brings with it pain and suffering where the soul feels alone and abandoned beautiful loves, happy loves but also loves that suffer in silence, their tears are prayers, wounds that are not forgotten, the Life, Love in the broadest and most complete sense: this is the theme addressed by Vladimiro Barberio in his latest literary effort. Therefore not only the feeling understood in the common sense, that is, that which binds a man and a woman, but also that which allows us to see in other human beings people to love in the Christian sense of the term. The love relationship that allows them to face all the problems and, finally, to crown their feeling soon extends to the other characters in the novel, to the point of becoming love towards the human race. In the first part of the novel, the difficult relationship that arises between the two main characters, who love each other but which in reality was not love, is retraced and recounted. The difficulties that arise, even on a human level, are faced with great modesty and, almost, shyness by the author. Then there is the feeling shared with the family he loves and the difficulties that life always presents: detachment, the sense of guilt towards the children who they face with serenity. The illness was resolved with optimism but also with a lot of suffering and love for life. But love, in the meaning intended by the author, overcomes everything and conquers everything and, finally, then love, suffering, life and reality described by Barberio changes appearance and he moves, he realizes his dream of becoming a law professional; but, even in this case, love remains the protagonist: a lawyer yes, but in favor of the rights of the underprivileged and the weakest. So love in another form, but always love. But the scars of suffering remain because selfishness reigns in this world, but above all hatred towards others is written in our destiny but there is only one justice and that is divine, all of us we should be accountable and not hide behind a mask.
