Charley Cooper carries a special gene that allows him to 'step-out' to another time - known simply as 'Other-Time'. 'Other-Time's arch-enemy Blackthorne has been defeated but his legacy lives on and, it seems, Charley and the 'team' will face many more adventures, yet!
