After the unexpected death of her twin brother, Aliyah felt
lost and confused. She couldn't forget the way that she felt
as his soul was ripped from his body. A change began to take
place within her that she didn't quite understand. When
the first day of senior year rolled around, she tried to hide
how overwhelmed she was with everything that had taken
place over the summer.
The bedtime stories her parents used to tell her
were true. In her little town of Crescent, Oregon, people
transformed into werewolves, and it was their job to protect
