Mirriam, who once was Maree Webster, an almost-emo from the Western Suburbs of Sydney, has accepted her destiny as a Guardian of the Sky Realms, and has found happiness wih her heart-share, Pyrion. Her contentment is shattered when she gets flashbacks of her earliest incarnation, and more shocking than this, is the possibility that her former self is aware of this connection. Prophecies portend a great evil will befall the Worlds. Mirriam will need to assemble her friends again and solve the riddles from her past. Everything is at stake.
