After all, he and Levi are of like minds when it comes to their Father. Why shouldn't he use his powers as the angel of death to wreak havoc on the living world and finally usurp God's control over the universe?
Even though the world is on the verge of collapse, Lora and Silas use what time they have left to explore their new connection to one another while preparing for a war that neither of them may survive. Lora may have the added burden of proving humanity's worth to Azrael, but she also has a man who will stand by her side no matter what it might cost him.
