Publisher's Synopsis
A basic description of meditation and tips for practicing it at all times.
The power of the mind is limitless, and its talents are infinite. Usually, our imagination turns blank, gazing at the world around us through the senses. The senses render the mind heard, felt, sensed, saw, and tasted.
Via meditation, we will turn our thoughts to their Selves. This process opens up an entirely new world for our consciousness. When looking inward, we can see all aspects of the body through meditation. Growing cells, in each portion, can be presented and asked if there are issues or pain within its environment.
This irritation may arise as pain, growth, or injury. It can occur on multiple aspects of the mind or body and can become a life-threatening disorder if not called to the notice of oneself.
And how do we turn inward? The process begins with profound meditation. This is a relaxing process, normally in a chair, that helps us relax our muscles.
We can see the mind as a lake of waves running through the minds. Most people spend most of their time in this state with the world's senses, needing always to learn and interpret what they perceive from the information they receive from the senses.
We will take our conscious mind through meditation into the unconscious portion of the mind and extend our consciousness.
This is like diving into the lake, and we experience the water itself instead of waves on the surface. Not just that, we can see the thoughts that form, like bubbles that originate from deep inside the mind at the root of thinking.
That could be seen as a tiny bubble from the bottom of the pool. The bubble grows larger and stronger as the water pressure decreases until it reaches the surface of the head and appears to our natural head as waves on the beach.
Meditating or meditation is a lovely, calming, and growing experience. When you sit in a chair and begin to focus the mind, the conscious mind starts to calm, and the imagination expands.
Instead of having emotions, we tend to feel the energy impulses that make up the feeling. This can be felt as light dust, as motion in the darkness of the mind. A sense of consciousness expansion not unlike a clear night sky, seeing all the stars twinkling in different sizes and colors.
This is a state of paradise, of eternal love, of complete awareness of the whole of life. All the various sections or structures of the mind can be seen from this point. We consider the self to be eternal, unchanging.
