Publisher's Synopsis
Edie Fisher is the domestic mainstay of Cedar Green, a Cotswold village. However, an old school-friend of Edie's appears on the scene whose son plans to develop Heron Court as luxury flats. In Rome, Graziella Massini also wants to settle in the village. Both bring change in their wake, and the calm surface of life in Cedar Green is ruffled.
