Publisher's Synopsis
Laura Boll is a graduate student and therapist at Chelsea University. She has a typical, boring life with typical, boring problems: her work is uninspiring, her roommate is rude and she can't seem to get a boyfriend. But Laura's boring life is thrown into disarray when she finds out one of her patients, Sylvia Blake, attempted suicide only hours after their last appointment. With Sylvia in a coma and no way to know her true motivation, Laura becomes obsessed with discovering Sylvia's secrets by whatever means necessary. The only problem is, the closer she gets to Sylvia the farther she gets from herself.
