The record of each copyright registration listed in the Catalog includes a description of the work copyrighted and data relating to the copyright claim (the name of the copyright claimant, as given in the application for registration, the copyright date, the copyright registration number, Available information in the records of the Copyr right Office, including information relating to sub; sequent changes of ownership, can be obtained upon request and payment to the Register of Copyrights of the fee specified in section 215 of Title 17 for each hour of time consumed) for the conduct of a search of the records.
