Publisher's Synopsis

A Category Six hurricane does not currently exist; but when an African oil storage pipeline accident began to siphon millions of gallons of seawater from the Mediterranean into the Sahara Desert, such a monster became quite evident as the dry air layer keeping hurricanes in the Atlantic basin from forming too viciously was no longer there. To make matters worse rain from the growing Saharan Salt Oasis was seen as a wonderful blessing to the western part of the continent. Two more massive pipelines were built to add even more water to the desert in a huge earth reforming project. Now two-hundred mile an hour hurricanes were on the horizon presenting the eastern coast of the Americas with obliteration. The Cat-6 six was born and Africa had a weather weapon to wage war against their ideological enemies. This is the story of that war.
