Detective Russ Deever and his partner Carl Resendez track down the dirty deeds of a ruthless businessman that is trying to buy up real estate in Cohassett Beach. The once bustling seaside resort was all but destroyed by a hurricane and many people are trying to bring it back to its former glory.
