The complete course covers all the requirements of the CXC Home Economics syllabus.;Within each section, various aspects of the topic are explored with the help of photographs and drawings. The emphasis throughout the course is on student participation; a wide variety of recipes, many using local produce, is included; and suggestions for "things to do" both in the classroom and at home appear at regular intervals. Each book builds on and extends the work covered in the previous volume.
